Products which are displayed on this Website that may be purchased are available for sale therefore confirmation before purchase is very important. Hello! Quality attempts to be accurate in describing all Products available for sale, however, it does not warrant that Product descriptions or other content of this Website are error-free as they are updated regularly and change from time to time.
3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Should we have stock available orders will be dispatched the following working day provided that payment has reflected or within 2 working days depending on your bank. Should the product not be in stock we will be in contact with you to advise you when our new stock arrives. In the instance of an item not being available, you will have to either select an alternative product or wait for the next shipment.
4. PRODUCT PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices and Product orders are quoted and will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Hello! Quality strives to provide competitive prices on current products. Your total
order amount will include the price of the product purchased plus any applicable VAT and shipping cost.
5. SHIPPING POLICY
Hello! Quality will ship the Product(s) ordered by the customer according to the delivery method they have selected and to the address indicated in the Order Confirmation
Please ensure the correct contact details and shipping address provided as we cannot be held accountable for any losses once the parcel has left our premises.
Delivery times provided by the Courier Company (that you would have selected) are only estimates depending on your area. Allow a day or two if you stay in outlined areas. Hello! Quality shall not be responsible for any damages or costs resulting from any delays in delivery of the Product(s) Ordered.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Should you wish to return the product you not satisfied with please note that:
• Goods to be returned for exchange of the same value must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
• Product should be returned within 7 days after receiving the product provided that it is still in its original condition.
• Courier cost will be on the customer’s own account for both returning and replacement.
• Please note that any discounted sale on products cannot be returned once purchased!
